Return & Refund Policy — Effective July 2020

1. Standard Returns

  • Eligibility: Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

  • Condition Inspection: Returned merchandise must be free of damage, wear, or tampering. Packages that fail inspection may be refused or assessed a partial refund at our discretion.

  • Shipping Costs: Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return postage on unwanted items. We strongly recommend a tracked or insured service; lost parcels remain the sender’s responsibility.

2. Refund Terms

  • Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, gift card, etc.).

  • Timing: Please allow 5–7 business days after our warehouse confirms receipt and inspection for funds to appear on your statement. Your bank’s internal processing may add additional time.

  • Partial Refunds: If the product or packaging is returned in less-than-new condition, up to 20 % may be deducted to cover refurbishment or restocking.

  • Shipping Refunds: Return postage is refunded only when we are at fault (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).

  • Exchange Option: If you prefer, you may request an exchange for an item of equal value instead of a refund. Standard outbound shipping rates apply to the replacement shipment.

3. How to Start a Return

Email or use the Contact Us form with:

  1. Order Number

  2. Product(s) to Return

  3. Reason for Return

  4. Desired Resolution (Refund or Alternate Product)

We will reply within one business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA may experience delays.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery. Provide:

    • Order Number

    • Item in Question

    • Description (or photos) of the Fault

    • Preferred Resolution (Refund or Replacement)

  • We arrange pre-paid collection or supply a return label. Once the item is verified faulty, we will—at your choice—issue a full refund including original shipping or dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.
